Due to a photograph, Han Seok-Joo loses everything, including his job as a photographer for a top newspaper and his family. Ji Soo-Hyun is the notorious chief editor of a paparazzi group. She hires the man to become a paparazzi photographer.

Konstantin Inozemtsev is a ladies' man and a popular writer in the past. He continues to live in a big way, getting more and more into debt. Fate presents Kostya with a chance to restart his career by heading a fading glossy magazine. In a month, he has to release the first issue of the magazine under a new name, bring back the sweetheart of his life and prove to everyone that he is still worth something.

The First Issue is composed of five short films created between 2016 and 2018: "The Designated Driver", "Let's Get Divorced", "Ambivalently Yours", " Sorry", and "The Congressman".

The conscientious beauty editor of a women’s magazine persuades an up-and-coming photographer to pretend to be her boyfriend when her ex (who is also her boss) gets engaged to somebody else. Whilst working together to shake up the magazine’s waning reputation, the photographer brings out the fun-loving part of her she’d forgotten existed – but isn’t developing real feelings for each other against the rules.

Fifth and final entry in this softcore spoof series follows Bare Wench 1-3 and the greatest hits release Bare Wench: Uncensored (2003), which was nothing but clips from the first three. This finally made its belated DVD debut in 2015 under the new title The Bare Wench Project 5: The Final Insult.
